Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Eggplant ( Washed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick round slices)
  • Milk- 1/3 Cup
  • Bread Crumbs- 2 Cups (divided) (You can either use seasoned bread crumbs or use plain ones and season per ur taste)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese- 4 ounces
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese- 4 ounces
  • Few Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt- To Taste
  • Oil- To Shallow Fry Eggplant slices
