- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT, ADD TO GROUND OATMEAL
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER, ADD TO GROUND OATMEAL
- 1 ORGANIC BAG ORGANIC CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 9 TO 12 OZS.
- 4 OUNCES ORGANIC CHOCOLATE, GRATED OR GROUND
Directions
- CREAM THE BUTTER WITH BOTH SUGARS
- BEAT EGGS WITH MIXER, ADD VANILLA AND ADD TO SUGAR MIXTURE
- ADD 2 CUPS FLOUR TO THE EGG MIXTURE AND BEAT.
- ADD 2 1/2 CUPS GROUND OATMEAL, SALT & BAKING POWDER TO MIXTURE WHICH WILL BE STIFF.
- ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS, GRATED CHOCOLATE
- 1 1/2 CUPS WALNUTS CHOPPED CAN BE ADDED IF DESIRED & AVAILABLE.
- SCOOP WITH ICE CREAM SCOOP AND MAKE INTO BALLS AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES AND TURN OVER AND COOK FOR 10 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
