Mushroom and Balsamic Reduction
Ingredients
- Sliced White Mushroom 2kg
- Sliced Red Onion 500gr
- Balsamic vinegar 1ltr
- Olive Oil 200ml
- Chopped Parsley 150gr
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Directions
- Heat a sauce pan.
- *Add sliced onion cook until soft and than add mushroom season with salt & pepper.
- *Simmer add balsamic vinegar Reduce for 10-15 minutes.
- * Remove to blender and blended .
- * Adjust the seasonal & Pour Parsley.
- * Cool it drown.
