Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 4 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, roll in small balls and dip in white sugar. Place on cookie sheet with sugar side up. Bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10 min. Yield 6 to 7 dozen.
