Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Diced marshmallows
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 x Egg white, stiffly beaten
Directions
- Combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F). Add in marshmallows. Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white. Beat till thick and creamy.
