Ingredients

  • adapted from gale gand's malted chocolate chip cookies
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter room temp
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs espresso
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1/2 c malt powder
  • 1 1/2 c chocolate covered espresso beans chopped
  • preheat oven to 350
  • line baking sheet with silpat
  • in mixer, cream butter and sugar. add vanilla, eggs and espresso. mix to combine. add malt powder. mix
