Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 (1 ounce.) sqs. semi sweet or possibly unsweetened chocolate
- Dash of salt
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In heavy saucepan, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, chocolate and salt. Over medium heat cook and stir rapidly till chocolate melts and mix thickens about 8 min. Remove from heat. Stir in water and vanilla. Cook and stir rapidly till thickened again about 4 min.
- Cold 10 min. Use to frost 1 (8 or possibly 9 inch) 2 layer or possibly 1 (13 x 9 inch) cake or possibly 2 dozen cupcakes. Store at room temperature.
