Ingredients

  • Lobster – 1, small (about 300 to 350 gms), cooked, cleaned, chopped
  • Sweet Corn Kernels – 3/4 to 1 cup
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tblsp plus extra
  • Red Capsicum – 1, small, seeds removed, chopped
  • Spring Onions – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
  • Small Onion – 1, minced
  • Avocado – 1/4, pitted, finely sliced
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Thick Cream – 2 1/2 tblsp
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • French Baguette – 1, small, sliced, toasted
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder as per taste
