  • 1/2 lb Hamburger per person Sliced or possibly diced onions Dill pickle chips Canned mushrooms Grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Split the 1/2 pound hamburger into two 1/4-pound balls. Flatten each till they are 1/4-inch thick and saucer-sized (6 inches). On one patty, place in the middle the remainder of the ingredients. Place the remaining patty on top and healthy pinch sides together, so it resembles a pie. Grill till done. (These stay together well once they have been pinched all around.) Put into a casserole dish and keep hot in the oven till serving time.
