  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add in large eggs and crushed banana. Add in Jiffy baking mix and nuts. Stir till well mixed. Pour batter into a well-greased and lightly floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake about 55 min in preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from pan. Cool on rack before slicing.
