Irish Cream Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Vanilla Flavored Candy Coating -- (28 Ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted -- Optional
  • 1 can EAGLE BRAND Condensed Lowfat milk (14 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced walnuts -- Or possibly other Nuts
  • 1 1/2 ounce BAILEY'S Irish Cream -- Or possibly
  • 3 ounce HEATH BITS -- optional

Directions

  1. Over medium heat, heat the candy coating, EAGLE BRAND, butter, and salt.
  2. Stir till melted and smooth. Stir in the BAILEY'S Irish Cream, and then the nuts and HEATH BITS. Pour into a waxpaper lined 9" X 13" pan (or possibly equiv). Refrigeratetill hard. Remove to MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine as above. Cook on HIGH 3 min; stir. Cook 3 min more; stir. Add in Irish Cream, and stir till blended, Stir in nuts and HEATH BITS. Prepare as above.
