Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Berries, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Shortcake: sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Cut in butter into small pcs. Put egg in a measuring c. and fill with lowfat milk to measure one c.. Beat egg and lowfat milk together and add in to flour mix. Bake in a greased round cake pan for 20 min. Slice fresh strawberry fluff. Fluff: Put all ingredients into a bowl Beat at high speed for about 15 min till topping is stiff and fluffy.
