Ingredients
- 1 c. blackeyed peas
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes, liquid removed
- Hogjowl or possibly ham hock
Directions
- Cook peas in usual manner adding hogjowl or possibly ham hock. Cook rice in usual manner. Prior to serving, combine peas, rice, and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly.
