It might sound weird, but these were so delicious. And I'm not a pork fan.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c Italian dressing (I used Newman's Own, but you can use whatever you like)
- 2 T Dijon Mustard
- 4 pork chops
- 2/3 c grated Parmesan
- 1/3 c finely chopped hazelnuts (untoasted)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix together the dressing and mustard and marinate the pork chops. Preferably overnight but at least a few hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet.
- Combine the Parmesan, hazelnuts and salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle over each side of the pork chop.
- Bake 14-18 minutes (depending on thickness) until the chops are done.
- The cheese will get bubbly and melty and the nuts will be perfectly toasted and delicious!
