Ingredients

  • Pesto and Sun-dried Tomato Dip~
  • Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip
  • 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1- 8 oz jar basil pesto
  • 1- 8 oz jar finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well drained
  • In a food processor or a large bowl with electric mixer, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Blend well. Divide in thirds. ( 1 cup each)
