- 2oz (60gr) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup Greek olives, pitted, cut in thirds
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- Sprinkle Parmesan evenly, in a circle, leaving about an inch clear around the edges
