Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c pwd sugar
- 1 c butter (do not substitute)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking pwd
- 4 TBSP flour
- 4 TBSP fresh squeeze lemon juice (do not substitute)
- Rind of 1 lemon, fine grated
Directions
- Mix & pat the first group of ingredients into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Mix the second group of ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until lightly brown on top. Sprinkle with pwd sugar. Let cool & serve.
