Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) frzn tortillas
- 1 can (15-ounce) chili no beans, warmed
- 1 can (10z) enchilida sauce, warmed Minced onion Minced bell pepper Grated cheese Minced lettuce Minced tomatoes
Directions
- Fry tortillas in warm oil for 3 seconds. Drain. In casserole, top each tortilla with chili and cheese. Repeat in layers several times. Final topping: lettuce, tomato, pepper and onion. Cover with enchilada sauce.
