Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp. dried parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
- Combine cheese, parsley and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- In a second small bowl, combine garlic and butter.
- Divide dough into 16 pieces and roll into balls. Dip each ball in butter mixture and then roll in cheese and herb mixture. Put balls in prepared loaf pan.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Bake at 350° for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to cooling rack.
