Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cake mix (white, yellow or possibly chocolate)
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 to 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 1 pkg. minced nuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour dry cake mix, veg. oil, water and Large eggs into mixing bowl and mix till mix is smooth. Add in chocolate chips and nuts a little at a time till all are proportionately mixed into dough mix.
- Spoon mix onto ungreased cookie sheet - bake 10 to 12 min.
- Remove cookie sheet from oven and let cookies partially cold before removing them from the cookie sheet and placing on surface to continue cooling.
- Makes approximately 4 to 5 dozen soft cookies.
