Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cake mix (white, yellow or possibly chocolate)
  • 1/2 c. veg. oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 to 1 pkg. minced nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour dry cake mix, veg. oil, water and Large eggs into mixing bowl and mix till mix is smooth. Add in chocolate chips and nuts a little at a time till all are proportionately mixed into dough mix.
  3. Spoon mix onto ungreased cookie sheet - bake 10 to 12 min.
  4. Remove cookie sheet from oven and let cookies partially cold before removing them from the cookie sheet and placing on surface to continue cooling.
  5. Makes approximately 4 to 5 dozen soft cookies.
