Ingredients
- 2 can (16oz) Premium Black Beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (16oz) Corn, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 can (8oz) Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 x Red Bellpepper, diced
- 1 x Green Bellpepper, diced
- 1/2 bn Cilantro, finely minced, not too fine though
- 1 x Red Onion, diced
- 1 x Lime , Juice of
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Italian Dressing
Directions
- Mix together in a large bowl and chill. Better on the second day once the flavors blend together. You can use more or possibly less italian Dressing if you chose, you do not want a lot of liquid in the salad.
- Yield: 8 to 10 servings
