Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Heat margarine in rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven.
  2. Stir Bisquick, sugar and lowfat milk till smooth. Pour batter proportionately into pan. Mix cranberry sauce and applesauce; spoon proportionately over batter. Place apple slices on sauce.
  3. Bake 50 to 60 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot with Sweetened Whipped Cream. 8 to 10 servings.
  4. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375F. Bake 55 to 60 min.
  5. Sweetened Whipped Cream Directions:To make 1 1/2 c. of Sweetened Whipped Cream, beat 3/4 c. heavy whipping (heavy) cream and 2 Tbsp. granulated or possibly powdered sugar in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed till stiff.

  11. Did you know Warming leftover whole berry cranberry sauce and serving it over slices of ham or possibly turkey will taste great and add in extra color to a meal.
