Directions

  1. 1. Put grated courgette in colander or possibly strainer. Sprinkle with half the salt, let drain 30 min, squeeze dry.
  2. 2. Add in all ingredients except the raisings and/or possibly nuts in the order suggested by your bread machine manual. Process on basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. 3. At beeper (or possibly end of first kneading) add in raisins and/or possibly nuts. Let loaf cold before slicing.
