  • 3 x Potatoes, cooked & halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped white onion TARRAGON MARINADE
  • 1 can (7 1/2oz) salmon, liquid removed & Chunked
  • 1 lrg Sliced tomato
  • 1/2 x Sliced cucumber
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, halved Chilled lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced green onion

Directions

  1. Sprinkle hot potato halves with onion: pour marinade over all. Cover & chill several hrs. Drain, reserving marinade. Arrange salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers & Large eggs on lettuce lined platter; sprinkle parsley on potatoes & green onion on salmon. Serve with reserved marinade.
