Ingredients
- 14 ounce Shredded or possibly flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. Sweetened cond. lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients. Stir to blend well. Cover a cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop mix by teaspoonfuls onto brown paper. Bake 15 minutes. Remove at once to wire rack to cold.
- Makes 1-1/2 doz.
