  • 4 sticks butter-at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (10 ounce bag) swirled Nestle chips (or whatever you have on hand)
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag Heath toffee bits
