  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Warm milk – to knead
  • Oil – for deep frying
  • For the Masala:
  • Onion – 2
  • Tomato – 3
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Tomato Sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Aji-no-moto – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion (greens) – for garnish
