  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper grounded
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 slice bread finely chopped (around 10gm)
