  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 pkg dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Soup cans of Water
  • 6 chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Sprinkle raw rice in bottom of baking dish
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl
  3. Pour over rice
  4. Place Chicken pieces on top
  5. Cover with Foil
  6. Bake 350 until chicken is tender (about 1 hour)
