  • For The Basic Cream Sauce
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • For Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic - chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast plus more for sprinkling
