Pomegranate Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • Carefully cut the pomegranate into 4 sections -the juice can be messy
  • Fill a bowl up with water, place a section of the fruit in the water
  • With your hands break up the fruit under water- the seeds will sink to the bottom and the white flesh will float
  • Repeat with each section, then drain the arils and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days

  • 1/4 organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water or your favorite milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds - divided
