Ingredients

1 lb Grnd beef
1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed tomato soup
1 c. Salsa
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
6 x Flour tortillas, cut in 1 in pcs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef till browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
Add in soup, salsa, lowfat milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 400 for 30 min or possibly till warm. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
