1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Combine 1 c. dry beef, cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, Parmesan cheese and horseradish. Blend thoroughly. Chill 15 min. Form into ball and roll in remaining beef. Chill.
