Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ⅛ cup dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspon fresh ground sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly cracked pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ceyenne pepper
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • For the “chips,” cut the potatoes into about ½ inch-wide “fries.”
