Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 1 sm garlic clove chopped
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter - (to 2 tbspns)
  • 2 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 pkt cream cheese - (3 ounce) softened
  • 1 x soup can lowfat milk - (to 1 1/2 cans)
  • 2 c. frzn cleaned raw shrimp
  • 1 can whole kernel corn - (8 ounce) not liquid removed

Directions

  1. In saucepan, cook onions with garlic, cayenne pepper, and butter till tender. Blend soup, cream cheese and lowfat milk. Add in shrimp and corn. Bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 10 min or possibly till done.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
