Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 3-4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (or cheddar if you prefer)
  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4cup Miracle Whip (or 3/4 cup mayonnaise plus 2 tsp sugar)
  • 1-2 tsp seasoning salt
