OMG. We made fresh gnocchi in class last night and it was heavenly! If you get a chance, and if you haven't already, you need to make gnocchi! There is nothing quite like it, and done right, they are like little pillows of happiness.
They're so versatile too... Just brown some butter, a little sage chiffonnade and you're done. Soooo tasty!
