I have always loved cooking but always wanted it to taste wonderful which for me meant lots of fat and other naughty ingredients! I had some health issues a number of years ago and that prompted me to come up with some healthier options that still taste great and are easy to prepare.
My father and grandmother really love to cook and I have always enjoyed eating! My dad loves to entertain and would always put on huge spreads of exotic dishes with as much time spent on presentation as on preparing!
Tosca Reno (author of The Eat Clean Diet) inspired me to try new healthier ingredients that I had previously thought were "odd" - lol!
