i used to weigh 255lb or more, now i'm down to 142lb.. i'm going to start going to the gym soon but i have to go see a G.I doctor soon becouse there is something wrong! i like to eat healthy for the first time in my life i just started cooking again sence the loss of both of my boy's.. it's been 51/2 year's sence i have cooked, i was just eating those frozen meal's but now i want to switch to whole wheat and grain, protien, fiber..
