Hi thanks for taking a look at my recipes:) I made the low carb baking mix myself, I have it posted as one of my recipes on this site and my blog. It can be expensive to buy it in health food stores. I buy most of the ingredients at my local Costco or Sam's Club. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask :)
