About me

I just recently got diagnosed with the auto- immune type of thyroid condition, hashimoto, (sp ??) and it was suggested I go off gluten, 100%. I've been doing well, so far. My daughter had terrible stomach pains and vomitting and went off gluten and is doing really well also. No more stomach pain!!!
