- 1/4 c. oat flour
- 1/4 c. corneal
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
- Have liquid ingredients at room temperature. Beat with a whisk. Mix dry ingredients with fork. Beat dry ingredients into liquid mix. Flours can be obtained at health food stores.
