Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs of Baby Back ribs
  • 2 Cups of Brown Sugar
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Instant Coffee (I love coffee)
  • (These measurements were person preference. I put more garlic powder than anything)

Directions

  1. Mix together the sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the coffee.
  2. Rub the Ribs completely until it is well covered.
  3. Bake at 250F for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes covered under a foil tent.
  5. Serve
