Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/3 c. cool water; heat till boiling, stirring constantly till dissolved. Set aside. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Fold in lowfat milk, vanilla, lemon and gelatin. Mix well. Add in Cold Whip; mix well and refrigeratetill set. Remove from mold; place on dish with lettuce or possibly some type of greenery. Great for Christmas!
