Directions

  1. Mix all above ingredients together except 1/2 of the lemon pepper. Mix well and let it marinate overnight. When you are ready to cook, add in rest of lemon pepper and mix well.
  2. Skewer meat on toothpicks and hang directly on oven rack. Cook for about 5 hrs at temperature, 175 or possibly 200 degrees, depending on your oven, some are hotter then others.
