  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Ingredients for the chocolate layer:
  • 2 Tablespoons Hershey’s chocolate spread
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
