Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd turkey
- 1 lg. onion, grated
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions
- Combine turkey, onion, liquid removed spinach, egg whites, garlic pwdr, salt, pepper. Mix well and form into small balls. Place in a heavy saucepan.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mix with a fork to break cranberry sauce. Pour over turkey balls. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 45 min. Good with rice. Serves 6.
