Creamy chocolate pudding pie

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • 9 inch prepared pie crust

Directions

  1. Mix milk and pudding for 1 minute.
  2. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of pudding into pie crust.
  3. Stir 1/2 of the whipped topping into the remaining pudding.
  4. Spread over the pudding layer in the pie crust.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  6. Top with chocolate shavings.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
