Ingredients

  • ½ cup Toffee chips
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 mashed ripe bananas
  • ⅔ cup Grape Seed Oil
  • additional ¼ cup toffee chips for the top of the bread
