Ingredients

  • 1 5 lb. chicken, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 bunch green onions, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 1/4 c. Teriyaki marinade
  • 1/3 c. pickled ginger
  • olive oil for drizzling
